14 is what i got, each strip loses 1 outlet to continue the chain except the last one. Don't count the 3 outlet strip with no cord or the 1 outlet in the 5 outlet strip that has only 1 pin opening.

It's hard to notice it but one of extension cords has it's wire cut as well. That means all 3 extensions on the left side can be ignored. If including the main outlet, this leaves you with 14 sockets, minus the 1 unuseable socket, minus 3 plugs, plus the 1 small usb socket totaling 11 sockets.
