Title: Tired Harlequin.
I can see two drawings. The head is the same in both. One he's facing right, standing on steps or a slope, the white directly below the head are his pants. The other, which fits the title, he's sitting facing left, His elbow on his knee, the white is thigh and shin of his right leg. The bullseye in the top right is a mystery either way.
